Please refer to our cancellation policy listed below for details before cancel your order:

(1). All orders can be cancelled automatically within 24 hours if you have not paid for it.

(2). All orders canceled within 24 hours after confirmation of payment will receive a full refund.

(3). Any orders beyond 24 hours after confirmation of payment will receive a refund for 60% & 20% respectively of the purchase price of the custom made product which is making and finished. That's to say, if the dress is making, you want to cancel it, you will get a refund for 60% of the purchase price; if the dress has been finished, you will get a refund 20% of the purchase price. And for the finished dress we have in stock now, not the custom made products, you will get a refund of 80% for the purchase price of the dress.
